The fact of being Japan’s second best-selling act of all time comes as no surprise after listening to Mr. Children. Enduring a nearly 20-year career, the pop/rock band has released countless hit singles. Their latest, Houkiboshi, is no exception.

In the three songs featured on the Houkiboshi single, Mr. Children follows the formula that has lead them to such success and continues down that path of rock-laden pop gold. There is even more to be had though. JaME evolved from which began in 1999 alongside the Visual Kei fanzine “Prototype”. In 2001, the website took over from the fanzine and began to expand, before merging with Due to popularity and rapid growth, in 2003 a joint project involving contributors from France, Italy, Poland and Germany was started. Today JaME welcomes on average over 15,000 visitors a day, with 150,000 pages viewed.
